Method of application: Direct application to the ground.
Mode of action: It acts on the nervous system of insects, preventing the closing of Na+ channels in the axons of nerve cells. This results in a continuous neuromuscular transmission of messages, leading to hyperexcitation, paralysis and death of the insects.
