The high concentration of sulfur aims to achieve the development of the root system in a continuous reduction of the pH value of the soil in order to facilitate its absorption in combination with all the nutrients that could be immobilized in the soil. Sulfur is an alkaline element and at the same time acts as a corrector in saline soils. Most tree crops, herbs, vegetables and flowers need pH values between 5-7. The most common cause of trace element deficiency, apart from their lack, is the case of difficulty assimilation due to the high alkalinity of the soil. In this case, the sulfur used as a soil pH corrector, makes nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as well as other trace elements (iron, manganese, zinc, etc.) easier and more digestible for plants.
