Aquaperla Water Storage Crystals

Aquaperla water storage crystals look like water storage tanks that can hold rainwater or irrigation water for long periods of time (3-4 weeks).
In about 10 medium-sized pots we use 100 g of Aquaperla for watering.

How to use once
Use it above ground for temporary use.
– Dilute the crystals with water so that they become jelly.
Place 2-3 tablespoons in a large bucket of water. The water after a while 10-30 minutes will become jelly. If the jelly is very fluid, add a few more crystals.
– Water our plants well twice in two hours.
– Scatter the expanded crystals over the soil surface.
– Cover with a bag if possible the surface of the soil that has the jelly.
Our plants can thus be kept for up to 10 days (depending on water needs eg heat) without water.
By the end of these days, the jelly will have become powder again. Then remove it from the ground surface.
How to use for permanent action
Incorporate the necessary amount in the soil (read below).
The purpose of the crystals is to be close to the root system so that they can store water by watering. The water is then given to the roots. This process is repeated every time we water. The duration of action can be up to 5 years in the soil (depending on the salts of the water).
Dosage:
Before planting:
Mix the appropriate amount of AQUAPERLA crystals (10-15 g or 1-1.5 tablespoons per 10 liters of soil) in the soil where the plants are to be transplanted. Then follows the usual planting and abundant watering. Water a second time after 1-2 hours.
In already planted plants:
Dig as deep as possible (20-25 cm) around the trunk of the plants or the roots and place the AQUAPERLA crystals (10 g or 1 tablespoon per pot of medium size or 200-300 g per square) and water abundantly. Water a second time after 1-2 hours.
Doubling the amount of AQUAPERLA crystals creates a water tank for autonomy without watering the plants for more than 20 days during the summer holidays.
Lawn application:
Before sowing, mix the crystals to a depth of 10-15 cm (50-100 g per 1 square). On already installed lawns, sprinkle 50-80 g per 1 square meter, after previously slightly ventilating. Water abundantly and repeat a second time after 1-2 hours.
Other information
AQUAPERLA crystals are also used with aqueous nutrient solutions, which are released gradually, depending on the needs of the plants. As a result, they contribute directly to their continuous nutrition and at the same time reduce watering by 50% to 70%. With their use, potted plants do not need watering for more than 20 days. Also suitable for decorative use, eg transparent vases.
